Coaching services can appear expensive. But they can save you a lot of time, frustration, or even help you avoid injuries. Most people, including professional athletes, cannot correct themselves because they are focused on the goal or they cannot see what their body is doing. Also, a coach works with a lot of people in a lot of situations so they will usually have a better selection of ideas and techniques to help you with.

Unless you are competing on a regular basis a good coach can help you get started and make you relatively self-sufficient in just a couple of months. We recommend working with a coach once or twice a week for a month or two then tapering off to once a quarter or twice a year.
