The Midlife Cycling mission is to help people between the ages of 35 and 65 create a sustainable healthy lifestyle through cycling. We also help younger people if career, marriage, or parenthood leads them to a premature middle-age lifestyle.

It's our dream that everyone in the United States lives a healthy, balanced llifestyle well into their senior years. The reality is that few people will. Midlife Cycling members are well on their way to achieving a level of health, well-being, and fulfillment that many can only hope for.

At Midlife Cycling we look at cycling as the foundation for lifelong health. It's a means to be active, enjoy delicious cuisine, tour beautiful destinations, and be surrounded by energetic and fun people.

The #1 reason people give for not being physically fit is a "lack of time." Like many of us, you have probably been conditioned from birth to be a caregiver as a homemaker, breadwinner, or both. It's the guilt of taking time for yourself, not wanting to appear selfish, or other subconcious thoughts that are the real obstacles. We can help you work though that.
